Act as a key liaison with the Ministry of Finance, the State Bank of Vietnam, and other regulatory authorities.
Ensure all gaming activities, floor layouts, and systems comply with approved licenses and regulatory requirements.
Oversee the implementation of AML/CFT programs, including customer due diligence, transaction monitoring, and suspicious activity reporting.
Manage the casino's Responsible Gaming Program, including exclusion systems and player behavior monitoring.
Develop and enhance Internal Control Regulations (ICR), systems (ICS), and SOPs.
Conduct regular monitoring of gaming operations, cash handling, and VIP/junket operations.
Identify and mitigate compliance risks across gaming operations, finance, and IT systems.
Investigate AML alerts, incidents, and internal breaches, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
Develop and deliver training programs on AML, financial crime, and responsible gaming for all relevant staff.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields.
8–12+ years of experience in casino compliance, AML compliance, and/or regulatory roles.
Minimum 5+ years of experience at a management level.
Strong knowledge of Vietnam gaming regulations (Decree 03), AML/CFT requirements (SBV, FATF), casino operational risks, and audit procedures.
