Manage quality control, troubleshooting, and technical meetings for insulation foam and materials supplied to customer sites.
Provide Research & Development support for rigid polyurethane (PU) products.
Respond to customer technical inquiries, analyze root causes of quality issues, and provide solutions.
Coordinate technical communication between the sales team, customers, and the HQ (Korea).
Conduct performance testing and support trial production for newly developed products.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or field engineering.
Fluent in English (Both written and verbal).
Strong field problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and propose technical solutions.
Age: 23 ~ 35 years old.
