Lead the launch and lifecycle management plans for specialty portfolios in Vietnam.
Conduct in-depth market analyses to define value propositions for stakeholders.
Develop marketing strategies to optimize patient journeys and disease monitoring pathways.
Implement omnichannel promotional campaigns and patient support programs.
Manage the nationwide specialty field force team and ensure execution of account plans.
Train and mentor the team on product science, value messaging, and access strategies.
Set performance goals, monitor KPIs, and drive achievement of commercial objectives.
Develop leadership and training programs for field force capabilities.
Establish relationships with key HCOs, HCPs, and partners to support disease awareness and patient access.
Collaborate with Medical, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Commercial, and regional/global teams.
Ensure compliance with GSK policies, Vietnamese regulations, HTA, and reimbursement protocols.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Medicine.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in specialty product management and pharmaceutical field force leadership.
Proven success in managing specialty/rare disease product launches and market-building in Vietnam.
Strong leadership, team coaching, strategic agility, and decision-making skills.
Effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
Patient-centered approach to territory management and ability to deliver results with compliance.
