Trách nhiệm chính

Define and drive the technical vision and architecture of the Internal Developer Platform (IDP).
Lead technical design discussions and architecture reviews across platform initiatives.
Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, scalability, and operational requirements.
Design, build, and evolve cloud-native platform capabilities to improve developer productivity.
Drive the adoption of developer portals, CI/CD platforms, Infrastructure as Code, and self-service workflows.
Lead initiatives involving Microsoft Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes, microservices, and distributed systems.
Mentor and coach software engineers in system design, cloud engineering, and architecture thinking.
Participate in technical hiring, onboarding, and capability development.
Establish standards for software architecture, testing, observability, and security.

Yêu cầu công việc

8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
Strong proficiency in C# and .NET.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD pipelines.
Proven experience building and operating microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native applications.
Solid knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, API design, event-driven architecture, and DevOps practices.
Professional working proficiency in English.

Experience implementing or operating an Internal Developer Platform.
Experience with Backstage or a comparable developer portal.
Experience building self-service engineering workflows and reusable platform products.
Experience with GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, and software supply chain practices.
Exposure to AI-assisted development or engineering productivity tools.
Microsoft Azure or relevant cloud certifications.
