Proactively analyze the healthcare environment, market trends, and competitive landscape to form short-term and long-term strategies.
Localize and define life cycle management strategies and develop business models across different channels.
Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders including accounts, payers, patient groups, and policymakers.
Develop marketing plans with clear qualitative and quantitative objectives.
Implement launch excellence frameworks where relevant.
Translate brand plans into actionable operational plans with clear accountabilities for cross-functional teams.
Set challenging goals and KPIs to drive business performance.
Collaborate with Sales, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and SFE teams to implement tactical plans.
Ensure healthy product supply and stock levels.
Optimize segmentation and targeting strategies.
Develop brand communication packages to ensure quality engagement and reach.
Monitor and manage Brand KPIs and overall sales performance.
Achieve marketing objectives and ensure product budget targets are met.
Ensure strict compliance with ethical codes and legal standards when interacting with healthcare professionals.
Support the sales and medical teams in alignment with the marketing plan.
Apply innovation and Multi-Channel Marketing (MCM) strategies.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's or master's degree in Health, Science, Pharmaceutical, or Medical disciplines.
Experience working in multinational healthcare companies.
At least 5 years of experience in product management.
