Build, maintain, and improve reliable cloud infrastructure for Connect Search & Book across production and non-production environments.
Design, operate, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for fast, secure, and reliable delivery.
Manage containerized workloads using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and GitOps practices.
Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or equivalent.
Enhance system observability through monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational runbooks.
Provide support for production incidents, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and post-incident remediation.
Strengthen cloud security, IAM, secrets management, vulnerability scanning, and secure deployment practices.
Apply AI and agentic AI tools to automate and optimize DevOps workflows, including CI/CD optimization, code generation, and incident analysis.
Validate AI-generated outputs for production readiness, security, and reliability.

Yêu cầu công việc

7+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, platform engineering, SRE, or infrastructure engineering.
Proven experience operating high-availability production systems.
Strong proficiency with CI/CD platforms (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
Expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes/EKS, Docker, Helm, GitOps).
Strong Linux administration, networking, and scripting (Bash, Python, Go) skills.
Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Strong understanding of cloud security, IAM, secrets management, and secure CI/CD practices.
Proficiency in observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, or Datadog.
Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
