Gather, analyse, and translate business needs into clear Product Requirement Documents (PRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and process flows.
Create wireframes, mockups, and basic UI/UX designs using Figma.
Manage product timelines, roadmaps, sprints, backlogs, and tasks using Jira.
Collaborate with software engineers and technical teams to ensure business and technical alignment.
Plan, coordinate, and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet requirements.
Analyse existing business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
Support Agile/Scrum and Kanban processes, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and progress tracking.
Organise and maintain comprehensive product and project documentation.
Coordinate professional documentation and knowledge handover during project transitions.
Manage multiple product requirements and projects while meeting agreed timelines.

Yêu cầu công việc

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or similar.
Strong proficiency in Jira for project management.
Proficiency in Figma for wireframing and basic UI/UX design.
Experience with process mapping tools like Lucidchart or Microsoft Visio.
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
Experience preparing PRD, FRD, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Experience conducting UAT and functional testing.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
