PR Senior Executive

Trách nhiệm chính

• Develop and execute communication strategies for collection launches, brand campaigns, events, and key business initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with local and international media, editors, stylists, KOLs, influencers, and industry partners.
• Manage end-to-end PR projects, including media outreach, press placements, gifting programs, celebrity dressing opportunities, and KOL collaborations.
• Prepare and distribute communication materials, including press releases, media kits, sales kits, interviews, brand presentations, and other PR-related content in both Vietnamese and English.
• Plan and create content for omnichannel communication across social media, website, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and media opportunities to strengthen brand visibility.
• Collaborate closely with Wholesale, Retail, and external agency partners to execute communication strategies across key international markets.
• Work closely with the Retail team to develop marketing initiatives that support sales and client engagement.
• Assist in planning and executing CRM activities for VIP clients, media partners, and key stakeholders.
• Support client-facing communication initiatives, including private appointments, collection previews, and exclusive brand experiences.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing brand events, fashion presentations, trunk shows, showroom appointments, press previews, and client activations.
• Coordinate guest lists, invitations, media attendance, event logistics, and post-event follow-ups.
• Manage press samples, lookbooks, campaign assets, and communication materials.
• Handle sample requests, loan agreements, shipment arrangements, tracking, returns, and reporting.
• Maintain accurate records of sample movements and media placements.
• Track and report media coverage across print, digital, social media, and influencer channels.
• Prepare regular PR performance reports and campaign evaluations.
• Analyze communication results and provide recommendations to improve future initiatives.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 2–5 years of experience in PR, Communications, Marketing, Fashion, Luxury, Lifestyle, or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of media, social media, influencer marketing, and luxury consumer behavior.
• Passion for fashion, design, culture, and luxury lifestyle.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Minimum education level: Vocational/Intermediate degree.
