Lead and set performance expectations for a technical team including Validation Engineering, Material Development, and Material Color Development.
Partner with global teams to scale validation standards and processes in Vietnam.
Operationalize and adapt U.S.-based validation and material development processes for the Vietnam region.
Develop and improve standard operating procedures to ensure consistent execution.
Translate business plans into department objectives and allocate resources based on business priorities.
Monitor engineering performance, track metrics, and mitigate technical risks.
Prioritize and review team deliverables to ensure high-quality product validation and engineering support.
Establish team routines, define deliverables, and maintain project accountability.
Coach and develop team members through goal setting and performance management.
Evaluate internal stakeholder needs to improve service delivery and workflow efficiency.
Manage operating and capital budgets, including capacity planning and external resource management.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science, Physics, or a related field.
At least 8 years of experience in engineering and product development.
3+ years of experience leading and developing technical staff.
Experience with testing and material standards, DFMEA, and Design Validation Plan (DVP) development.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal English communication skills.
Experience managing complex workflows in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in root cause analysis, reliability engineering, and problem-solving.
Experience working with international teams and/or suppliers.
