Provide first-level technical support to internal users across departments including Sales, Logistics, Business Development, and Marketing.
Troubleshoot basic IT issues, system access, and software application problems.
Create and manage user accounts for new employees.
Assist in monitoring and maintaining VoIP call center systems.
Perform basic network connectivity troubleshooting for LAN and WiFi.
Log and track IT incidents and service requests in accordance with SLA requirements.
Escalate complex technical issues to Level 2, System, or Development teams.
Assist in routine system maintenance, equipment checks, and periodic system backups.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related fields.
Basic troubleshooting skills for computer hardware, operating systems, and office software.
Familiarity with Windows OS and common office applications.
Experience handling office peripherals such as printers and scanners.
Basic knowledge of computer networking (LAN/WiFi).
Good communication and customer support skills.
Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.
Ability to work independently and within a team, with a detail-oriented and proactive mindset.
