Trách nhiệm chính

Lead key legal matters of the company including advisory, contracts, compliance, disputes, claims, government authority matters, intellectual property, and personal data protection.
Provide clear, conclusion-based, and business-practical legal advice.
Manage and improve contract review policies, templates, checklists, and process quality.
Manage disputes, labor issues, inspections, litigation, arbitration, and coordinate with external law firms.
Guide, allocate work to, and train the Legal Team to improve work quality and decision-making.
Advise BOD/BOM and departments on legal compliance arising from operations and projects.
Develop and implement internal rules regarding contracts, seals, information, and personal data protection.
Monitor key legal changes and provide practical guidance to departments.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Law.
7–10 years of experience in a corporate legal department or law firm.
At least 2–3 years of experience in team management or legal decision-making.
Experience working in FDI companies.
Proficiency in English (Upper Intermediate level).
Ability to provide clear legal conclusions and practical actions under imperfect information.
Business-oriented legal judgment and ability to balance risk control with operational speed.
Team management skills including delegation, supervision, and coaching.

Working hours: 8:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday and Saturday morning.
Work location: Nguyen Huu Tho street, Phuoc Kien ward, Nha Be town, Dist 7, Ho Chi Minh City.
