Develop product-related marketing activities, including positioning, messaging, and differentiation against competitors.
Plan and measure go-to-market campaigns (digital and traditional) aligned with Retail Banking Group (RBG) business strategy.
Research and analyze market trends and competitor positioning to support product development and value proposition creation.
Analyze campaign data and price elasticity to optimize investment efficiency and improve revenue.
Manage marketing budgets and develop KPIs to measure program effectiveness.
Coordinate with internal departments to build long-term marketing platforms and ensure consistent customer experience across channels.
Participate in organizational cultural activities and maintain a personal development plan.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or relevant fields.
At least 8 years of experience in marketing and communications, with at least 2 years in Product marketing.
Strong understanding of product marketing, financial/insurance products, strategy, and budgeting.
Business English proficiency.
