Identify and develop new business opportunities for Advanced Bionics products across Vietnam.
Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategy.
Set and achieve sales targets in coordination with the line manager.
Plan and execute new product introductions and go-to-market strategies.
Manage and grow the dealer network in North and South Vietnam, including specific business plans for each region.
Negotiate business terms, pricing, and commercial agreements with dealers.
Provide training and enablement for dealer staff.
Collaborate with Clinical, Marketing, and Back-End teams.
Manage customer relationships and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Attend conferences and workshops to represent the company.
Conduct competitive landscape analysis and intelligence reporting.
Support the preparation and submission of public and private tender documentation.
Maintain accurate records and provide regular performance reports to management.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Audiology, or a related field.
Proven business development or commercial experience with a track record of managing dealers/distributors and driving revenue growth.
Good command of English (written and verbal) for interaction with regional and global stakeholders.

Yêu cầu ưu tiên

Prior experience in the hearing healthcare industry (e.g., hearing aids, cochlear implants, audiology, or related medical device fields) is highly preferred.
