Drive profitable business growth through new customer acquisition and development of existing accounts.
Achieve assigned sales targets, KPIs, revenue, and gross profit objectives.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline via prospecting, networking, and referrals.
Perform sales presentations, customer visits, and business reviews.
Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to create customer-specific logistics solutions.
Monitor market trends and competitive actions.
Manage strategic Contract Logistics opportunities and build strong stakeholder relationships.
Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM and provide timely sales forecasts.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a relevant field.
Fluency in English (verbal and written).
Minimum 3 years of experience in Contract Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Distribution, or Logistics Solutions.
Proven track record in handling large, complex projects with strong change management skills.
Expertise in operational management, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement.
Must be entitled to work in Vietnam.
Willingness to undertake pre-employment checks, including criminal history and medical screening.
