Use AI Video and AI Avatar tools to produce AI UGC, VSL (Video Sales Letter), product videos, and other ad creatives.
Generate images and videos using AI and combine with professional editing to ensure storytelling, pacing, and visual quality.
Convert creative briefs and scripts into video ads for Meta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms, adapting content to various ratios and formats.
Develop multiple hooks, angles, and variations from single concepts for A/B testing.
Propose new hooks, formats, visual directions, and AI applications to boost creative performance and production efficiency.
Maintain consistent output quality and fast execution across the Brief-Production-Testing-Iteration workflow.
Collaborate with Creative and Performance Marketing teams to develop and test creative assets.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree with good English reading comprehension.
2+ years of experience in Video Editing, Video Creative, Performance Creative, or related roles.
Hands-on experience producing video ads for DTC brands or E-commerce.
Practical experience with AI Video Generation and AI Creative tools.
Strong understanding of hooks, storytelling, pacing, and direct-response advertising.
Performance-oriented mindset focused on driving attention and conversions.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently based on written briefs.
Proactive approach to learning and experimenting with new AI tools.

Mức lương

Gross salary: VND 14,000,000 – 22,000,000 per month based on skills and experience.
Performance-based bonuses are available.
Freelance options available on a per-video or per-project basis with rates dependent on requirements.
