Contribute to the execution of strategic initiatives and transformation programs by managing workstreams and supporting implementation.
Design and maintain governance structures and strategic frameworks aligned with business objectives.
Provide structured inputs and analysis to support leadership decision-making.
Coordinate cross-functional project activities, manage project plans, track progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation actions.
Analyze customer data to develop actionable segmentation and targeting insights for refined value propositions.
Collaborate with teams to improve customer-centric outcomes.
Assess sales and distribution processes to identify operational inefficiencies.
Support the rollout and optimization of digital tools and automation, acting as a liaison between salesforce and enabling functions.
Gather and synthesize market intelligence, including competitor performance and customer trends, into strategic recommendations.

Yêu cầu công việc

5+ years of professional experience with exposure to sales & distribution, customer experience, project management, and strategy.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented and organized approach to work.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Creative mindset with a willingness to contribute ideas.
