Develop and expand business with assigned key accounts while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Achieve assigned sales targets and provide timely updates on sales performance.
Gather and analyze competitor insights and market dynamics.
Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with internal support teams for effective responses.
Collaborate with supply chain, quality, and production teams to ensure product availability.
Support new product launch initiatives and commercialization.
Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external customers.
Build strategic partnerships to create added value for customers.
Oversee product promotions and resolve customer complaints.
Coordinate with operations teams to address customer demands.
Perform additional management-assigned tasks.
