Conduct daily briefings and ensure team communication.
Manage and supervise Front Office staff to ensure high-quality service standards.
Analyze workflows, suggest improvements, and monitor room revenue controls.
Approve discounts, rebates, and review billing instructions.
Coordinate with the Front Office Manager and other departments on operations.
Document guest issues, supervise shift handovers, and handle guest complaints efficiently.
Inspect front and back of house areas for cleanliness.
Monitor sales compliance and handle overbooking or relocation situations.
Ensure safety, security, and loss control policies are followed, including managing hotel emergencies.
Perform the Night Audit process.
Train staff on service standards and monitor professional appearance and attitude.
Maintain knowledge of all F&B and hotel services, and adhere to fire and safety procedures.
