Own end-to-end digital briefs to hit annual forecasts and KPIs.
Develop benchmarks for best-in-class consumer journeys for SEA eCommerce.
Collaborate with CRM, CX, and analytics teams to optimize touchpoints.
Execute the digital calendar while maintaining in-season flexibility.
Ensure launch excellence and site walk-throughs, identifying and escalating issues to EM Digital Ops via ticketing systems.
Work with DBA, BA, CRM, and CM teams on campaign plans and content requirements.
Support search engine optimization (SEO) topics in partnership with the EM SEO team.
Manage ad-hoc tasks, including status updates on product launches and campaign readiness.

Yêu cầu công việc

3-5 years of experience in digital commerce across owned web, owned app, or marketplaces.
Deep understanding of online consumer behavior and shopping experience.
Proven experience in campaign planning and execution on digital product front ends.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent time management, diligence, and adaptability.
Intermediate proficiency in Outlook and Word; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to build relationships in a matrix organization.
