Lead and coordinate product execution across multiple product streams and delivery teams.
Manage and mentor Product Owners, Business Analysts, and related product operations members.
Establish and improve operational workflows including requirement intake, sprint planning, and release management.
Translate business priorities into executable product roadmaps and delivery plans.
Partner with Engineering and QA to manage scope, dependencies, and delivery risks.
Track and report on operational health metrics like uptime/SLA, incident frequency, and platform reliability.
Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across Product, Engineering, QA, Customer Success, and external partners.
Ensure high quality of user stories, specifications, and product documentation.

Yêu cầu công việc

Minimum 3 years of experience in SaaS product management, operations, or technical program management.
Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, business stakeholders).
Strong operational ownership mindset with experience managing delivery and release processes.
Hands-on experience with live SaaS products and operational stability.
Technical proficiency with APIs, system integrations, and release pipelines.
Ability to engage in technical discussions with Engineering teams regarding production issues.
Proven experience monitoring operational metrics such as MTTR and release quality.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
