Exercise governance over group bank accounts, short-term placement portfolios, and cash management instruments.
Structure yield optimization frameworks while maintaining safety limits.
Direct execution of deposit arrangements and maintain oversight of interest accruals and collateral.
Evaluate funding demands and structure capital architectures including debt, project financing, and shareholder advances.
Lead negotiations with banking partners, fund managers, and credit institutions.
Coordinate cross-functional teams through credit underwriting, due diligence, and loan documentation.
Monitor credit limit utilization, debt service obligations, and financial covenants.
Architect standardized managerial reporting frameworks and construct complex financial models.
Provide executive analytics on capital usage and funding costs to the CEO.
Oversee departmental operations and enforce internal control policies and financial confidentiality standards.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree or higher in Corporate Finance, Banking, Accounting/Auditing, Economics, or related fields.
Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, or investment funding, with at least 3 years in senior management.
Proven track record in real estate, investment holding, construction, or financial sectors.
Direct leadership in structuring bank credit lines, project financing, and managerial reporting.
Advanced skills in financial modeling and familiarity with ERP, Power BI, or enterprise financial planning tools.
Professional English proficiency for reviewing documentation and international communication.
Age between 35 to 45 years old.
