Champion a premium workplace and hospitality experience for employees, clients, and visitors.
Oversee front-of-house standards, workplace readiness, VIP visits, and service recovery.
Plan and deliver workplace engagement initiatives, wellness programs, internal events, and cultural activities.
Partner with Facilities, Security, and other stakeholders to maintain operational excellence and identify service gaps.
Support and guide Community Hosts, reception, and event teams to embed a strong hospitality culture.
Leverage workplace technology and employee feedback to implement data-driven improvements to service delivery.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Events Management, or a related discipline.
2–5 years of experience in related service environments, with luxury hospitality experience being highly advantageous.
Strong experience coordinating events, engagement programs, and VIP requirements.
Excellent service orientation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use digital tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
