Manage day-to-day Made For You customization activities within the flagship store.
Deliver engaging and personalized product customization experiences for consumers.
Support customization workshops and creative sessions, including shoe painting and seasonal customization.
Develop creative ideas and artwork aligned with product launches and local cultural moments.
Manage and maintain customization materials, tools, and inventory.
Collaborate with store teams to promote the Made For You offering.
Support planning and execution of in-store activations and consumer engagement activities.
Bring global and local campaigns to life through interactive retail experiences.
Coordinate activation logistics and ensure smooth execution.
Identify opportunities for locally relevant experiences connecting adidas with Vietnamese consumers.
Support organization of flagship store events, workshops, and community activities.
Assist with product launches, creator collaborations, and work with internal and external partners.

Yêu cầu công việc

2-3 years of experience in brand activation, events management, experiential marketing, retail marketing, consumer engagement, or creative/art-related projects.
Fluent in Vietnamese and strong English communication skills.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Customer-focused mindset with high attention to detail.
Ability to balance creativity with operational excellence.

Bachelor's degree.
Backgrounds in art, design, creative industries, or event organization.
Experience working directly with consumers in retail, fashion, sports, or lifestyle brands.
