Lead and perform advanced customs, trade compliance, and export control reviews across assigned operations.
Manage complex customs compliance activities, declaration controls, and record retention obligations.
Conduct audits on import and export transactions, handle exceptions, and oversee compliance-sensitive shipments.
Support export licensing activities, including product classification reviews, controlled goods assessments, license applications, renewals, and reporting.
Review end-user, end-use, military undertaking, and customer compliance documentation to ensure adherence to regulations.
Support sanctions compliance, denied party screening, and trade compliance due diligence.
Maintain accurate, complete, and audit-ready customs and regulatory documentation.
Prepare for and coordinate internal/external audits, customs reviews, and regulatory inspections.
Provide guidance to Operations, Logistics, Customer Service, Finance, Tax, Procurement, and Supply Chain stakeholders.
Analyze compliance risks, identify process gaps, and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain compliance procedures, work instructions, internal controls, and documentation.
Deliver site-specific trade compliance training.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in International Trade, Customs, Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Law, or a related field.
4–9+ years of experience in Trade Compliance, Customs Compliance, Logistics Compliance, International Trade, and Export Controls.
Demonstrated expertise in preferential and non-preferential origin determination.
Advanced knowledge of export controls, licensing, sanctions, and denied party screening.
Strong knowledge of Vietnam customs regulations and import/export processes.
Proficiency in customs special procedures and valuation concepts.
Experience with customs management systems, ERP platforms, and reporting tools.
Strong skills in AI tools and Microsoft Office.
Ability to independently manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
