Collaborate with global clients and the Vietnam development team to define business requirements and create technical DevOps solutions.
Manage product updates, monitor production environments, resolve issues, and implement necessary integrations.
Design, deploy, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments.
Develop business continuity and disaster recovery protocols for cloud-based systems.
Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot cloud-based internal environments.
Create new deployment pipelines to improve product quality, team productivity, and time-to-market.
Promote and support containerization, microservices, and repeatable continuous integration practices.
Build and manage systems to enhance software engineering speed and reliability.
Mentor and provide training to junior team members.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Yêu cầu công việc

Intermediate English proficiency with experience working with international teams.
4+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or related roles.
3+ years of experience with cloud, IaaS, or PaaS platforms.
Strong foundation in system design, distributed environments, and IP networking.
Demonstrated ability to understand client needs and work independently.
Strong problem-solving, self-learning, and teamwork skills.
Hands-on experience with Windows Server Core, CentOS Linux, and IIS.
Proficiency with AWS services (EC2, RDS, ElastiCache, ELB, Route 53, Systems Manager) and Docker/Kubernetes/Helm.
Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Chef, Ansible, or PowerShell DSC.
Familiarity with REST, WCF, SQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and Redis.
Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, C#, or Node.js.
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, TeamCity, or Octopus Deploy.
Adoption of an AI-first mindset for automation and troubleshooting.
