Lead end-to-end quality control and strategic alignment for UGC, creator, and KOL campaigns, primarily on TikTok and short-form video platforms.
Review video assets for hooks, visual narrative, trend relevance, and brand safety.
Translate real-time social trends into actionable brand perspectives and provide recommendations for script adaptation.
Consolidate feedback into clear revision briefs for creators and execution teams.
Diagnose root causes of QC issues and refine workflows to accelerate production.
Facilitate team calibration sessions to standardize content evaluation.
Prioritize tasks during peak workloads and coach junior team members on creative judgment.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
At least 3 years of experience in Content, Social Media, WOM, UGC, KOL/Influencer Marketing, or Content Operations.
Experience in an advertising agency and working with KOLs/Creators.
Strong content judgment, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle high-volume content and multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English.
