Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and use cases.
Translate business requirements into clear, concise, and comprehensive technical specifications, functional specifications, and design documents.
Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for new features and system enhancements.
Work closely with development teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives and architectural guidelines.
Facilitate communication and understanding between business users, technical teams, and project management.
Participate in the design, development, and execution of test plans to ensure quality standards and user expectations are met.
Provide support during testing phases, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and assist in resolving identified defects.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis processes and methodologies.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and industry trends.

Yêu cầu công việc

3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and domain stakeholders.
Strong skills in functional analysis and documentation, including SRS, flows, and use cases.
Good understanding of system integration and interface concepts, with the ability to interpret and assess their impact.
