Develop test strategies, test plans, and manage testing methodologies and processes within an Agile model.
Design test cases, execute tests, perform bug reporting, and generate quality evaluation reports.
Conduct manual, integration, and API testing using tools like Postman.
Design automation test frameworks and solutions for Web and Mobile applications including visual testing.
Integrate automation test scripts into CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
Collaborate in team environments and participate in strategy discussions.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in computer information technology or computer engineering.
Minimum 7+ years of relevant testing work experience.
At least 3+ years of experience in a comparable position with a proven track record of leading a team.
Strong experience in SQL and database testing.
Proficiency in UI or API test automation using Playwright, Selenium, REST Assured, Karate API, or Katalon.
Mandatory proficiency in JavaScript; Python is highly valued.
Experience with AI tools for generating automation scripts such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
Strong English verbal communication skills.
Ability to self-manage and work independently or within an Agile team.

Experience or knowledge in AI Testing and Data Testing.
Experience with GenAI tools for test case generation like MS Copilot, Test Sigma, or TestRail.
Experience in non-functional testing, specifically performance testing using JMeter or K6.
