Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, and testing methodologies.
Design, execute, and report test cases while maintaining quality evaluation reports.
Design automation test frameworks and solutions for Web, Mobile App, and visual testing.
Integrate automation test scripts into CI/CD pipelines.
Lead teams and participate in strategy discussions.
Research new technologies and solve complex technical problems.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in computer information technology or computer engineering.
7+ years of relevant testing experience.
Minimum 3+ years in a comparable lead role with proven team-leading track record.
Solid skills in manual testing, integration testing, and API testing using Postman or equivalent.
Strong experience in SQL and database testing.
Proficiency in JavaScript (Mandatory) and experience with Python (Preferred).
Experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, REST Assured, Karate API, or Katalon.
Experience with AI tools for script generation (Github Copilot, Cursor).
Good English verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and within an Agile team.

Yêu cầu ưu tiên

Knowledge of AI Testing and Data Testing.
Experience with GenAI tools for test case generation (MS Copilot, Test Sigma, TestRail).
Experience in non-functional testing, specifically performance testing (JMeter, K6).
Experience integrating with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
