Promote and sell Medtronic products and services within an assigned geographic area or to specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders, including distributors and healthcare professionals.
Pursue leads, assess customer needs, and provide product services to maximize benefits for clients.
Promote and educate customers on company products and services.
Conduct market research on customer and competitor activities.
Implement market development plans and strategies.
Communicate customer feedback on products and potential modifications to internal stakeholders in R&D, Operations, and Marketing.

Yêu cầu công việc

Possess a High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 6+ years of relevant experience, an Associate’s Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
Relevant experience must be in sales, clinical, or related fields in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
