Lead, coach, and develop the sales team, including workforce planning and performance management.
Ensure exceptional customer service standards and handle customer feedback.
Oversee departmental resources and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare business reports for management decision-making and ensure policy and legal compliance.

Yêu cầu công việc

College/University graduate or equivalent.
At least 5 years of supervisory experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or luxury brand boutique environments.
Proficiency with POS terminals, computers, and standard office equipment.
Must hold a valid health certificate.

Yêu cầu ưu tiên

Multilingual proficiency is preferred, particularly in English, Japanese, Mandarin, Korean, or Russian.
