- Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent
- Project Management Methodologies: Experience with project management methodologies and tools to establish effective project plans, manage budgets, and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Experience in leading cross-functional project teams to deliver custom development solutions or manage the - Maintenance and Support of applications.
- Resource Allocation: Experience with managing project staffing requirements, including IBM, client employees, and 3rd-party vendors, to ensure effective resource allocation and project plan execution.
- Communication Planning: Experience in establishing effective communication plans to deliver regular project status updates to stakeholders.
- Contractual Obligations Management: Experience in managing projects to ensure completion within specified scope, cost, and timeline, while meeting business requirements and contractual obligations.
- Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or above
- Good Communication by English
