Research, identify, and develop real estate projects from the initial stage.
Manage and coordinate project approval procedures, including investment, investor selection, land, planning, design, technical approvals, and construction permits.
Build and maintain effective relationships with government authorities, local partners, consultants, and relevant stakeholders.
Work directly with provincial/city-level authorities to facilitate project procedures and resolve issues.
Monitor regulatory changes, identify approval risks, and propose timely solutions.
Coordinate with BD, Legal, Finance, Technical teams, and external consultants throughout the project development process.
Prepare project trackers, authority communication logs, reports, meeting minutes, and BOD presentation materials in English.
Independently follow up on project progress and provide regular updates to management.

Yêu cầu công việc

Male/Female; 35-45 years old.
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Urban Planning, Construction, Economics, Public Administration, Real Estate, or related fields.
5–8 years of relevant experience in real estate project development, investment procedures, planning, land, construction permits, or government affairs.
Good understanding of Vietnamese administrative procedures related to real estate development projects.
Strong communication skills and practical experience working with government authorities, local partners, and consultants.
Good at English.
Strong network or hands-on experience with provincial/city-level authorities and relevant government departments.
