Lead the innovation, development, and optimization of cutting-edge video advertising products at Adtima.
Research new trends and market movements, as well as monitor competitors.
Gain deep understanding of the Adtima ecosystem, including Zalo Video and its services.
Coordinate with the Product Team to develop prototypes.
Work with Sales and Planning teams to create competitive ratecards and attractive product packages.
Identify new opportunities for advertising products based on market insights and Adtima's resources.
Manage timelines and ensure product progress meets specifications.
Track weekly revenue and performance reports for new products.
Handle additional challenges as assigned by Top Management.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent prior relevant work experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Advertising.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Product, Digital Projects, or IT Solutions management and optimization.
Strong business acumen and a product-driven mindset.
Status as a digital innovator and challenge seeker.
Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Proven management skills, particularly in task allocation and project tracking.
