NPD Project Manager (Plastic)

Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Manage new product development and existing product improvement projects for sanitary products (fittings, valves, cisterns, and related components).
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables; monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
Prepare and present project milestones in accordance with the company's Project Management process.
Ensure project objectives and product specifications from the Marketing team and GR1 process are implemented.
Monitor project budgets, costs, and resources.
Achieve product quality objectives established at the beginning of the project.
Identify risks, deviations, and delays; implement corrective and preventive measures.
Resolve project issues or escalate critical points to the Management Team.
Provide weekly project updates and reports to Management.
Maintain communication and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure collaboration across Engineering, R&D, Marketing, Quality, Manufacturing, and Purchasing.
Support continuous improvement of project management and development activities.

Yêu cầu công việc

Male, 35-40 years old.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, General Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, New Product Development, or Engineering in a manufacturing environment.
Technical knowledge of Mechanical Engineering, Hydraulics, and Plastics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong project planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English.
