Manage security operations daily, focusing on the protection of property, employees, and guests.
Oversee accident and fire prevention, response, and emergency procedure implementation.
Maintain logs, certifications, and documentation required by law and Standard Operating Procedures.
Conduct investigations into asset losses and monitor/protect property assets.
Perform periodic patrols of the entire property and parking areas.
Handle guest complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances.
Develop and teach training programs to address educational needs of the staff.
Coordinate with Event Sales for VIP escorts and media control during large events.
Maintain working relationships with local law enforcement.

Yêu cầu công việc

High school diploma/GED with at least 3 years of experience in security/loss prevention, OR 2-year degree in Criminal Justice/related major with at least 1 year of experience.
Ability to maintain first aid and CPR certifications.
Understanding of Corporate Security safety and management guidelines.
