Trách nhiệm chính
- Coordinate the implementation of the annual Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Plan, including data collection and impact case studies.
- Monitor progress against activities, identifying risks, delays, or gaps.
- Ensure high-quality, accurate, and complete data collection and quality assurance processes.
- Maintain MEL databases, including participant data, Partner Learning and Outcome Surveys (PLOS), and evaluation datasets.
- Support the creation of reports, learning briefs, and evidence products for stakeholders and DFAT.
- Facilitate stakeholder consultations and partner reflection processes.
- Manage digital tools and MEL systems to improve reporting efficiency and data accessibility.
- Integrate cross-cutting priorities (GEDSI, climate adaptation, disability inclusion, child protection, PSEAH, safeguarding, and fraud control) into MEL processes.
- Provide technical MEL support to program teams and partners.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as monitoring and evaluation, management, education, gender studies, or social sciences.
- Early-to mid-career professional experience in MEL, research, statistics, or data management, preferably in development programs.
- Demonstrated experience in data collection, quality assurance, analysis, and reporting.
- Experience with both quantitative and qualitative research methods.
- Strong proficiency in database management and analysis tools, specifically advanced Excel and Power BI.
- Professional fluency in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken.
- Valid work rights in Vietnam.
- Ability to pass a police check and due diligence processes.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Experience in climate change, resilience, natural resource management, education, or human resource development sectors.
- Understanding of DFAT's cross-cutting priorities (GEDSI, disability inclusion, safeguarding).
- Knowledge of Australian and Vietnamese climate change adaptation and development priorities.
