Take end-to-end ownership of quality for assigned features, covering both manual and automated testing.
Design, develop, and execute test cases for Web and API applications.
Collaborate with the development team to review requirements, clarify functionalities, and identify potential risks.
Build, maintain, and optimize automation test scripts using Playwright or other relevant frameworks.
Integrate and execute automated tests within CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous quality validation.
Perform functionality, regression, integration, performance, and compatibility testing.
Participate in test planning, estimation, and test strategy discussions.
Ensure test coverage and maintain high standards of product quality across releases.
Contribute to improving QA processes, tools, and best practices across the team.
Utilize Claude in ACDC (Agent Centric Development Cycle) for daily tasks including test case generation, test data preparation, exploratory testing, script scaffolding, and defect analysis.
Build, document, and improve AI-assisted QA workflows, prompts, and skills to ensure consistency across the team.
Measure the impact of QA improvements, such as cycle time and defect escape rate, and share best practices.

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 5 years of experience in software testing, including a minimum of 3 years in automation testing.
Proven capability in both manual and automation QA.
Hands-on experience in Web and API testing.
Proficiency in test automation tools such as Playwright or frameworks in Python/JavaScript/TypeScript.
Experience integrating automation tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Solid understanding of relational database concepts and SQL query execution.
Good understanding of software development processes.
Hands-on experience applying AI assistants like Claude to QA, with skills in refining prompts and workflows within ACDC.
Process-improvement mindset with a proactive approach to automation and AI delegation.
Good command of English, especially in reading and writing.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
