Develop and execute social media content plans aligned with hotel campaigns, promotions, and seasonal activities.
Create, coordinate, and schedule content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, including captions, visuals, reels, and short-form videos.
Stay updated with social media trends and algorithms to ensure timely and relevant content.
Monitor engagement, reach, and performance metrics to optimize content strategy.
Manage community engagement and reputation management.
Coordinate and oversee hotel photo and video shootings.
Work with designers and agencies to produce high-quality digital assets.
Ensure visual and content consistency in line with brand guidelines using creative tools like Canva, CapCut, and Premiere.
Work closely with hotel operations teams (F&B, Rooms, Spa, FO) to ensure marketing activities support business needs.
Support execution of marketing activities such as events, media stays, and influencer visits.
Participate in strategic hotel marketing planning and monitor competitors and market trends.
Compile performance reports (KPIs, ROI, digital performance) for management review.

Yêu cầu công việc

University Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or similar position within large hotels, hospitality groups, or international companies.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategy.
Knowledge of social media trends and short-form video formats.
Experience with content creation and visual editing tools.
Willingness to travel to properties within the cluster as required.
