Responsible for full-year planning of Personal Entertainment category (Headphone and speakers products).
Implement integrated marketing activities to grow category awareness, consideration, and conversion rate.
Collaborate with the Product Marketing team to align marketing strategies with product roadmaps.
Manage both ATL & BTL communications throughout the customer journey.
Lead content strategy and execution across owned channels (social platforms, websites, EDM), earned media, PR, and KOLs/Influencers.
Manage creative and media agencies to deliver media KPIs and explore new media channels.
Coordinate PR planning and execution for new model launches.
Maintain reporting on a weekly, monthly, half-year, and full-year basis.
Develop and implement demand generation campaigns to drive sales.
Lead all offline activations including events, press conferences, roadshows, and sponsorships.
Contribute to CRM management, cross-category planning, and market research on trends and competitors.

Yêu cầu công việc

Minimum 5 working years in Marcom or Digital field, or 3-4 working years in a Marketing Agency.
Strong knowledge of IMC, Digital Marketing, and Social Media Management (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
Excellent copywriting skills and a creative mindset.
Fluent in Microsoft Office tools.
Fluent in English communication.
Growth mindset with a positive attitude towards challenges and feedback.
Strong result-oriented and sales-driven mindset.
