Trách nhiệm chính

Lead key legal matters including advisory, contracts, compliance, disputes, government relations, IP, and personal data protection.
Provide business-oriented legal advice to BOD/BOM and internal departments.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts in Vietnamese and English (sales, distribution, logistics, leasing, NDA, etc.).
Manage and optimize contract review policies, approval processes, and legal templates.
Handle disputes, labor issues, administrative proceedings, and litigation/arbitration while coordinating with external law firms.
Monitor legal changes and provide practical internal guidance.
Advise on anti-bribery, corruption, and confidentiality matters.
Manage, coach, and develop the Legal Team.
Prepare reports on contracts, disputes, receivables, and compliance.

Yêu cầu công việc

Age: 35–40 years old.
Bachelor’s degree in Law.
7–10 years of experience in corporate legal departments or law firms.
At least 2–3 years of experience in team management or legal decision-making.
Experience working in FDI companies.
Upper-Intermediate level of English.
Ability to provide practical legal recommendations based on incomplete information.
Business-oriented judgment balancing risk and efficiency.
Strong management, delegation, and coaching skills.
Integrity, confidentiality, ownership, and resilience.
