Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Zalo, Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools and internal tracking systems.
Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Platform) and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously refine strategies.
Monitor and analyze user behavior, measure key metrics (LTV, CAC, Retention, ARPU, ECPI, ECPM), and offer data-driven growth strategies.
Prepare periodic reports for management and relevant departments.
Manage operational and effective marketing teams.

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 4 years of real experience in UA, Performance Marketing, in the Game industry (H5, Miniapp, Mobile App).
Understand the main indicators: ROAS, LTV, CPI, CTR, CR, ECPM, ARPU.
Proficient in at least 2 large advertising channels: Facebook Ads, Google UAC, TikTok, or DSPS.
Strong data thinking, ability to read and analyze data to optimize Performance.
Innovative marketing thinking: ability to understand player psychology and storytelling.
Spirit of learning, continuous innovation, and willingness to experiment.
Good communication and coordination skills with Developer and Product Teams.
Strong ownership, accountability, and results-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
