Lead the end-to-end development of the Group Data Warehouse (DWH) from scratch by translating business needs into scalable architecture.
Define data models, oversee pipeline design, and manage technical resources to ensure delivery of the DWH.
Design and deliver Group-level dashboards and reporting systems for leadership.
Standardize KPI frameworks and reporting templates across all subsidiaries.
Collaborate with Group Internal Control to build a data governance framework including policies and quality standards.
Analyze Group-wide performance to identify trends and provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
Lead the data squad and manage collaborations between business teams, internal control, and external vendors.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in BI, data analytics, or strategy-related roles.
Proven hands-on experience in a data warehouse implementation, from requirements definition to build and go-live.
Experience working in a holding company, multi-entity group, or organization with multiple business lines.
Proficiency in Power BI or equivalent BI tools for building production-grade dashboards.
Strong SQL proficiency and working knowledge of data warehouse concepts.
Solid understanding of forecasting, performance tracking, and business reporting.
Strong project management and stakeholder relationship management skills.
