Lead the design and implementation of production-ready GenAI solutions, internal AI tools, agents, and integrations.
Balance technical architecture, prototyping, and rapid development to meet business needs.
Own the GenAI engineering roadmap, prioritizing high-impact opportunities based on feasibility, scalability, and value.
Manage and develop AI engineers, providing technical mentorship, code/design reviews, and career guidance.
Partner cross-functionally with product, creative, data, and studio teams to drive AI adoption.
Evaluate emerging models and tools, ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and responsible AI standards.

Yêu cầu công việc

6+ years of professional software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production systems.
2+ years of direct people management experience.
Strong proficiency in Python or another modern programming language.
Hands-on experience with modern LLMs, Generative AI, and RAG architectures.
Solid understanding of software architecture, APIs, distributed systems, and modern engineering practices.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
