Lead the implementation of the Aus4Adaptation GEDSI strategy using a twin-track approach.
Collaborate with technical staff to integrate GEDSI considerations into program workplans and activities.
Work with grantees and partners to conduct rapid GEDSI assessments and develop action plans.
Design and lead capacity-building efforts for staff, grantees, and partners regarding gender, disability, and safeguarding policies.
Develop communications materials to showcase GEDSI progress and success stories.
Contribute to program reporting, annual reports, and workplan development in collaboration with the MEL team.

Yêu cầu công việc

Tertiary qualification in gender studies, sociology, human rights, law, climate change, or development-related fields.
Mid-career professional experience in GEDSI mainstreaming, social analysis, and social development planning.
Experience conducting GEDSI analyses and developing action plans.
Experience with safeguarding policies and providing capacity building.
Experience collaborating with stakeholders including government agencies, NGOs, and civil society.
Professional fluency in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken.
Valid work rights in Vietnam; no visa sponsorship available.

Experience with GEDSI mainstreaming in the climate change sector.
Working knowledge of DFAT's GEDSI policies and frameworks.
Understanding of climate change issues and their intersection with GEDSI priorities.
Experience in resilience, natural resource management, or environmental protection.
