Brief, review, and refine short-form video assets including TikTok, Reels, UGC, and KOL content.
Evaluate and propose hooks, trends, audio, CTAs, and overall platform native appeal to maximize engagement.
Identify active social trends and viral formats to adapt scripts, hooks, and messaging for client brands.
Provide actionable feedback to creators, manage asset revisions, and perform light video editing or cutting when necessary.
Collaborate with internal teams and creators to resolve blockers and manage content batches efficiently under tight deadlines.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
1–2 years of experience in Content, Social Media, WOM, UGC, KOL/Influencer Marketing, Content Operations, or related fields.
Proven experience working with short-form video platforms like TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
Strong content sense and high attention to detail.
Ability to understand and consistently apply brand guidelines.
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple content assets simultaneously.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
