Coordinate overall communications and outreach efforts in alignment with the program's Communications and Public Diplomacy Strategy.
Develop high-quality communications materials including activity updates, press releases, articles, social media content, newsletters, and brochures.
Coordinate with DFAT and communications outlets to develop social media content in compliance with policies.
Collaborate with partners and grantees to implement communication systems and capture impact and learnings.
Assist grantees in developing communications plans aligned with DFAT Brand Guidelines.
Contribute to progress reporting, annual reports, and workplan development.
Track the program's online presence with the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Team.
Undertake periodic travel within Vietnam as required for program activities.

Yêu cầu công việc

Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, public affairs, development, or related fields.
Relevant mid-career professional experience in communications, advocacy, outreach, and/or public diplomacy.
Experience contributing to donor reporting, program reviews, storytelling, and learning processes.
Experience developing campaigns using social media, online and print publications, and community meetings.
Experience working effectively with a range of stakeholders including government, NGOs, and the private sector.
Strong written and verbal communication, editing, and proofreading skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media management (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
Must have valid work rights in Vietnam as no visa sponsorship is available.

Yêu cầu ưu tiên

Experience in climate change, resilience, natural resource management, or environmental protection sectors.
Experience working with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Working knowledge of DFAT's communications channels and strategies.
Understanding of climate change adaptation and development priorities in Australia and Vietnam.
