Manage the design, coordination, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of Program activities in Ca Mau.
Serve as the primary day-to-day interface between Aus4Adaptation and Ca Mau project partners including DOST, DAE, local authorities, enterprises, and communities.
Lead engagement with diverse stakeholders to identify climate adaptation priorities and opportunities.
Support the design and refinement of project activities for annual workplans.
Manage day-to-day implementation of project activities and technical assistance initiatives.
Foster collaboration with government agencies, consultants, and delivery partners.
Support the implementation of the Aus4Adaptation MEL framework and develop results frameworks.
Prepare high-quality reports, progress updates, and briefing notes.
Maintain accurate program documentation and information management systems.

Yêu cầu công việc

Tertiary qualifications in climate change, environmental management, agriculture, natural resource management, development studies, public policy, economics, or related fields.
Demonstrated experience designing, managing, and delivering donor-funded programs and technical assistance initiatives.
Proven experience working with government agencies in Vietnam at provincial and national levels.
Strong understanding of climate change adaptation challenges in the Mekong Delta with working experience in Ca Mau.
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and multi-stakeholder facilitation.
Strong experience in monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL), results management, and reporting.
Professional fluency in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken.
Valid work rights in Vietnam; no visa sponsorship available.

Yêu cầu ưu tiên

Familiarity with the requirements and compliance standards of donor-funded programs.
Knowledge and experience in integrating Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) considerations into program design.

Duration: 1 year with possibility of extension to July 2030.
This role is open to suitably qualified local nationals only.
