Triage incoming requests, meetings, and topics to allow the Managing Director to focus on high-value work.
Prepare concise briefs for meetings, including context, data, decisions required, and recommendations.
Capture decisions and commitments, ensuring clear ownership and deadlines.
Maintain a reliable view of priorities and pending decisions to surface issues before they become urgent.
Improve leadership routines and information flow.
Handle sensitive information with sound judgment and discretion.
Lead selected high-priority initiatives, translating ambiguous goals into practical, measurable plans.
Coordinate across sales, product, technology, content, and operations teams to remove blockers and track progress.
Build business cases, scenarios, forecasts, and financial models for strategy evaluation.
Support annual planning, KPI setting, and business reviews.

Yêu cầu công việc

Approximately 4-6 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, business planning, strategy, project/program management, or a CEO/founder's office.
Strong structured problem-solving skills and analytical ability.
Comfortable with spreadsheets, business metrics, and basic financial modeling.
Excellent written and verbal communication in both Vietnamese and English.
Strong project management habits and risk identification.
Good judgment and discretion with confidential information.
Ability to influence without formal authority and confidence to interact with senior stakeholders.
