Drive business and revenue growth for media products including zVAS, Kiki, and Báo mới.
Identify and acquire new business opportunities, clients, and strategic partners.
Develop commercial plans and business models; lead the full cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and deal closing.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and partners.
Collaborate with Product, Technology, Finance, and Legal teams to execute new opportunities.
Manage strategic partnerships across technology, infrastructure, and product ecosystems.
Lead commercial negotiations to optimize costs, including bandwidth and activation, and improve partnership models.
Lead, coach, and develop the Business Development team to achieve targets and foster a high-performance, result-oriented culture.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
5+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Sales, or Commercial roles, preferably in Technology, Digital, Media, Advertising, Telecom, or Internet.
Proven people management experience with the ability to coach and drive a high-performing team.
Strong business hunting mindset (proactive, persistent, comfortable with cold outreach and negotiation).
Strong commercial acumen (understanding business models, P&L, and cost optimization).
Excellent negotiation, influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
Highly driven, result-oriented, resilient, and capable of thriving under pressure.
Fluent in English.
